Doctor Keen has been our dentist for over twenty years he’s a dedicated doctor and very knowledgeable to his profession. His staff are very caring with excellent customer skills.

I had a crown fall off late on a Friday evening. The next week Dr. Keen’s office was closed for spring break. The first Monday they opened back up I called to get in. They squeezed me in on Thursday. I have had nothing but problems with the crown(the work was done at another dentist office). It is not the first time it’s fallen off. Dr. Keen took the time to correct the problem to avoid this happening again. Dr. Keen is amazing! I never have pain when he gives me injections for numbing. The office staff is so welcoming. Dulce always helps with our billing and claims and Luis is very good at his job too! We love this family owed business where they treat you like family!

Everything went very well. It wasn’t long to have my teeth cleaned and x-ray. Everybody is great there.

I had a root canal done today, I was not expecting to have one, but the Dr was so awesome and gentle and explained everything that was going to take place before, during and afterwards. It was my first time having this type of procedure and I did not have any pain after the numbing meds took effect and afterwards I went to work without any pain or issues. Like a lot of people, I fear the dentist and struggle to make it a priority because of that. My Mom referred this dentist office because of the same reason and we have both been looking for a new dentist; one who is gentle, doesn't judge and makes you feel comfortable. This office checked all those boxes, and then some! Right from the moment I stepped in the door, I was greeted with a warm welcome from Monique. Three people walked in the door and she knew their name, how great is that! I didn't have to wait long before Stephanie took me to the back for x-rays and a cleaning and she was gentle and so nice and friendly. Dr. Keen Sr. came by to review my x-rays and to introduce himself and go over my plan. He was so nice and gentle as well. I love that they don't try to tell you that you need this or that just to make money off of you, they're honest and helpful. After years of fearing the dentist, I now feel comfortable with everyone in this office and will continue to go there :)

Dr Keen has been our family's dentist for 30yrs. He is the BEST dentist and we would recommend him to everyone, which we have done for many years. We are now very happy to have Dr Keens son, Dr Bryce, as our dentist too. The entire team at Keen Family Dentistry treat us like family, they have taken excellent care of all our dental needs for years.

My Keen Dentists are always willing to work with the client for the best outcome. Also I had a new hygienist and she is just as terrific as the previous. The Doctors Keen (great education/training at USC) and staff are very caring. They put their patients first in the order of their daily priority. Last Thursday, I called the office about 1 pm because I had broken a good-sized chip off my molar. The response was almost immediate, "Could I come in that afternoon at 4 pm and Dr. Mark Keen would look at it." Wow. Okay, yes. Not only did he look at it, he proceeded to prep the molar for a temporary crown. He spent considerable time dealing with my problem. His staff had to stay and work for more than an hour after normal closing time to finish the work. They were very cheerful and no one ever gave me a sense that I was trouble or imposing on their schedule. It was deeply appreciated by me, and I was so impressed. Patient Care is not just lip-service at Keen Family Dentistry. They really mean it.

Dr. Keen, as well as his entire staff have been quite amazing. Going to the dentist may give some uneasiness for sure, however, going here will eliminate any fear you may have. Dr. Keen is extremely kind, gentle, knowledgeable, and he always helps you to understand any procedure. I've been going to Dr. Keen for too many years to count, so I can tell you, I won't go anywhere else as long as Dr. Keen is in practice.
